Last time I needed this I hauled 10 BPOs to npc nullsec and started researching there. There were still queues, but acceptable ones. Of course you need to be careful depending on the price of the BPOs. :)

Basically the 2 things I do (or want to do) will be nerfed - low sec cap building - reprocessing loot If I understand correctly this is mainly a miner buff. Like we didn't have enough bots for this kind of activity already.

I'm not sure about you but I purchased that pod / implant for less than 2b. I think it was pretty cheap. :) Maybe I will be able to purchase a lamp for it for a few hundred mill so instalockers find me, too, more easily.
